This service is offered during the builder warranty period of your home to identify defects as per the Alberta Construction Performance Guide.

Noting deficiencies prior to your scheduled walk throughs with the builder . Post builder warranty assessments can also be booked to assess any concerns/ defects and discuss necessary repairs required.
